I WANT AN iMAC

I went to the Apple Store in SM Megamall a while ago with my sister, and can I just say that I was hopelessly bedazzled? Freakishly obsessed? Dangerously infatuated?

It's incredible how Apple crammed all the components of a CPU (including the CD drive) into a gorgeous white monitor that was barely one inch thick.

I love Apple.

ONE OBVIOUS DOWNSIDE? The iMac costs Php100,000+.

I hate Apple for making their products so expensive (although it is justified, believe me). I hate Apple for making me this obsessed.

I also got to see and try out the PowerBook at the store, and I almost salivated on it. Literally. Shit, it was so freakin'...freakin'...gorgeous. Microsoft's Windows XP user interface looks hopelessly second-rate and cartoonish next to Apple's Tiger OS X. Arrgh.

The PowerBook also costs more than a hundred thousand bucks.

Why is it that we always want something we can't have?
